In his previous role as Executive Vice President at ESAF Small Finance Bank, he was instrumental in its transformation, leading critical functions including IT, Operations, Finance, Treasury, Digital Banking, MIS, and Sustainable Banking. His efforts were key in expanding ESAF’s microfinance and development programs across southern, central, and eastern India.
